Fox News’ Megyn Kelly Teaches Erick Erickson Why You Shouldn’t Mess With Working Moms

After Pew Research released a new study that shows that mothers are increasingly taking and enjoying full-time careers, conservatives began to do what conservatives do: complain about progress.

From this morass of anti-modernity one voice was the loudest and rudest: Erick Erickson of Fox News, the man who once called Supreme Court Justice David Souter a “goat-f*cking child molester.”

On Lou Dobbs’ Fox Business show, Erickson said:

I’m so used to liberals telling conservatives that they’re anti-science. But liberals who defend this and say it is not a bad thing are very anti-science. When you look at biology, when you look at the natural world, the roles of a male and a female in society and in other animals, the male typically is the dominant role. The female, it’s not antithesis, or it’s not competing, it’s a complimentary role.

Then he wrote a post on his blog that started by saying his critics had their “panties in a wad.”

This was too much for even Fox News’ Megyn Kelly. On her show Friday, she had Erickson and Dobbs on and demonstrated that while they may feel dominant over women, that’s not necessarily the case.

Kelly taught a similar lesson to Karl Rove on Election Night 2012.
